f(x)’s Krystal confirmed for upcoming drama ‘The Heirs’

f(x)’s Krystal was previously considered for a role in SBS upcoming drama ‘The Heirs’, and she now finally confirmed her casting, making her comeback as an actress in two years.

On July 8th, SM Entertainment confirmed that Krystal will be appearing in the upcoming SBS drama ‘The Heirs’, which also starring actor Lee Min Ho and actress Park Shin Hye. This will be her first attempt at a traditional drama and she will play rich high school student which is said to have a strong and youthful personality.

‘The Heirs’ is an upcoming piece by screenwriter Kim Eun Sook, who wrote such hits as ‘Lovers in Paris’, ‘Secret Garden’ and ‘A Gentleman’s Dignity’. The drama is expected to air in the second half of the year.

2NE1 to make first comeback on ‘M! Countdown’

After the cancellation of SBS ‘Inkigayo’, 2NE1 is set to make its first comeback stage on this week’s episode of Mnet’s ‘M! Countdown’.

YG Entertainment recently announced that 2NE1 will start the promotion of the new song “Falling in Love” on ‘M! Countdown’. The group was supposed to make its return on ‘Inkigayo’, but the music program was cancelled following the tragic Asiana Airlines plane crash that occurred on the 7th.

“Falling in Love” is 2NE1’s first-ever summer reggae song that perfectly reflects the group’s unique music style and color, expecting fans’ huge attention and satisfaction. Watch the music video for the song here.

‘We Got Married’ couples compete for the ‘main spread’ of pictorial magazine

The current ‘We Got Married’ couples, Jo Jung Chi and Jung In, 2AM’s Jinwoon and Go Jun Hee, and SHINee’s Taemin and A Pink’s Son Na Eun, recently participated in a couple-themed photoshoot, competing who will grace in the ‘main spread’ of the magazine.

For their photo shoots, the couples worked with the editors of a fashion magazine and prepared different concepts that showcase their individual charms. The real-life couple Jo Jung Chi and Jung In infused the musical with the romantic as they wanted to capture the essence of olden couples brought together.

Jinwoon and Go Jun Hee pair went for a little daring concept and showed some skin in a chic couple pictorial. Taemin and Son Na Eun decided to have a more laid back concept, and showcased their pure and innocent love along with nature.

Girl group Stellar, who debuted back in 2011 under the management of Shinhwa’s Eric, is returning to the local music scene this July with the release of their digital single.

Top Class Entertainment revealed the jacket photo for Stellar’s upcoming digital single, “Study”. The single was produced by talented musician and hit maker, Sweetune, while the choreography is being handled by Yama & Hot Chicks.

The same director who had worked with SISTAR’s “Give It To Me” will be handling Stellar’s music video as well.

Stellar will reveal their new music video on July 9th and will release their new single by July 11th.

Kim Hyun Joong signals comeback with sexy teaser photo

Singer-actor Kim Hyun Joong will finally be making a comeback to the local music scene in late July.

His label Key East announced that Kim Hyun Joong will release his third mini-album titled, ‘ROUND 3’ on July 22. A teaser photo has been also released, showcasing the singer’s muscular back side that is hinting at fierce and sexy concept.

The mini album ‘ROUND 3’ will include the title song “Your Story,” which is the Korean version of the R&B pop title tune of the same name from his Japanese album ‘Unlimited’.

A-JAX goes under hypnosis in “Insane” MV teaser

Rookie boy group A-JAX is returning to the music stage with their upcoming second mini album titled, ‘Insane’, and they just unveiled a music video teaser for the title song.

In the video, member Seungyub is seen lying down the hospital bed, as hinted in the previously-revealed teaser photos, and he seems to be undergoing hypnosis from two sexy nurses and a doctor.

Brown Eyed Girls to make a comeback this July

Joining the fierce battle of July, girl group Brown Eyed Girls will be making a comeback at the end of this month.

The group’s leader, Jea piqued fans’ curiosity by posting a photo on her Twitter page featuring the words, “Sometimes fresh and sometimes sweet, a recipe for special of you, Brown Eyed Girls 2013.07.09” along the caption “Brown Eyed Girls D-5~!!”.

According to their agency, Brown Eyed Girls will be releasing a digital single on July 9th. Their new song’s genre or concept were not revealed yet, and the agency said on the 7th, “We will be giving further informations about the new song tomorrow. Please stay tuned.”

Brown Eyed Girls’ comeback is expected to heat up the music scene that is jam-packed with leading girl groups such as 2NE1.

2NE1's CL, "I'd rather die together with Dara"

2NE1's Dara revealed how CL stands as the group's leader.

On the recent broadcast of 'Incarnation', Dara shared, "Wherever 2NE1 goes, there are unfortunate things happened. Two years ago, we were in Japan. When 9scale Tohoku earthquake occured, I was alone on the 34th floor of the building. I was so scared that time. As for myself, I usually endure things like this but that time it was really serious so I tried to move and asked for help but unfortunately, there was no one around."

CL added, "The building's wall was cracking. The windows were shaking and even the phone lines were cut off."

Dara continued. "I called and CL answered. I panicked when I was talking to her, but she told me to calm down and stay where I was, telling me that she'll come to me right away. She really did come and saved me. We went down together from 34th floor using stairs while the building was shaking."

CL expressed, "I thought of if we were going to die, then it's better to die together that's why I went to look for her."

How lucky 2NE1 is to have a strong leader like CL.

One of the hosts noticed the difference between Jinwoon's and Niel's legs. It appeared that Niel's leg is too delicate and skinny for a man compared to Jinwoon's muscled leg.

Super Junior's Eunhyuk breaks his silence on criticism of Zhou Mi and Henry

There's a petition that has been circulating online made by a group of fans known as only13ers (indicating the original number of members of Suju). They are asking SM Entertainment to limit the activities of Super Junior M members, or "guest members" for them, Zhou Mi and Henry. They requested to not allow the two to make opening or closing remarks at concerts,  to not use the official Super Junior fan color of sapphire blue, and to not post any information or promotional activities concerning them on any of the official Super Junior accounts such as facebook, youtube, etc.

However, Super Junior's Eunhyuk didn't like this act. He voiced out his own petition on a stage in Singapore. He said, “I'm in front of you again because I have something to say.“ hope you all won`t misinterpret this … We truly support them (Zhou Mi and Henry)… I hope you support them as Super Junior M members also. Singapore ELF, sorry to talk about this here.”

A staple Black & White striped pattern pants is the first one. We blend it with lace and sporty baseball uniform type top. Some of us wore polka dots.

Fashion Trend No.2 “Pastelcolor"

Warm and bright pastel look is perfect for us. In order to match our concept, the staff members sprinkled pretty flowers for us. The flowers that got stuck on our faces made us laugh. 

Fashion Trend No.3 “Flower pattern & Crop"

The flower pattern makes it more feminine for us. Namjoo and I wore the popular cropped dresses. We didn't eat too much to be able to wear this dress.ㅋㅋㅋ

2NE1, A Pink, Dynamic Duo, and MYNAME comeback stages and Ivy's farewell stage were not shown as  SBS ' ' Inkigayo' July 7th episode didn't air today because they gave way for a special report about the tragic  Asiana Airlines  plane crash that killed two persons as I write this. Hope there'll be no more.

An SBS representative expained, "Following the plane crash, there will be a special report which is set to air on Inkigayo's time slot. We also feel that it's not right to celebrate with this kind of news "

However, those who were present at the venue were able to see the pre-recorded stages.

SNSD's Tiffany, Yuri, Sunny, and Taeyeon show new eating style

It would be normal for  us ordinary people to eat anywhere, but it would be different if we see our idols like Girls' Generation eating in an odd place.

The above photo shows that SNSD's  Tiffany ,   Yuri, Sunny,   and Taeyeon are eating neither in a fancy restaurant nor at the table. They gathered together to eat their food on a staircase. 

Taeyeon posted a photo of them on her instagram saying, “So hot^^”. Taeyeon turned around with a blank stare, Tiffany posed with chopsticks in her mouth, Sunny pouted and showed a V-sign, and Yuri looked so busy with her food.  

So humbling to see.
