The album’s title song “The Red Shoes” was created by the Lee Min Soo and Kim Eena after getting inspired by Andersen’s cruel fairytale ,‘The Red Shoes’, as well as the big band swing and jazz music from the 1930's. “The Red Shoes” is a dramatic song about finding one’s most brilliant and beautiful period of time, in other words it’s about trusting the fate and finding one’s “Summer Time”.

‘Modern Times’ album was produced under the eyes of lead producer Jo Young Chul, and took 9 months to complete. The album contains a variety of music genres including jazz, bossa nova, swing, Latin pop, and many more.
